• Cut permitting delays that keep clean energy projects stalled for years
• Create a single state lead agency for environmental review of critical infrastructure
• Build at existing sites to cut grid connection wait times from 4-5 years to under one year
• Expand workforce training through apprenticeships and community colleges for green jobs
• Protect our coast and natural resources through roles on the Coastal Commission and State Lands Commission
